Brief Introduction

Such high speed cnc vertical lathe machine features wide-span column structure of one-piece construction.

Square induction hardened guideways coated with Turcite-B material enable sound dynamic characteristics.

Wide range AC servo motor together with ZF (1:4) gear box speed reducer are equipped in the main transmission system for big torque output at low speed.

High-resolution ring pulse encoder and hydraulic braking system for the spindle enable high precision indexing function of C axis and milling function on this machine.

12 positions servo live tooling turret is equipped.

It is an ideal machine for automobile, engineering, etc. industries, especially suitable for high precision machining of big complex rotary disc type components.
