Such CKX52 series cnc vertical turning and milling center has following features:

1,CKX52 series double column CNC vetical turning and milling composite lathe is our company new product. Mature technology and reliable performance, one-time clamping can finish turning, milling, boring, drilling, tapping and reaming processes. With grinding wheel can grinding, with angle milling head can finish side process.

2,Uses double columns gantry structure, stability structure, fine rigidity.

3,Worktable have indexing function, when C axis feed drive can eliminate gear transmission interval, make C axis positional accuracy can reach ±5 second of arc.

4,Milling head use electric spindle structure, equipped on the lower of ram, adopts water-cooling method to make the electric spindle long time running homoiothermism, ensure the milling head high running speed, low noise, big torque and fine stability.

5,Adopt Siemens 840D sl system, this lathe can select auto-tool changer. And it have separate hydraulic pressure station and refrigerating machine.
