We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

The dredger we produce is a non self-propelled,cutter suction,bucket-wheel dredger. The ship body uses assemble boxes structure. The dredger is equipped with shifting device,cutter ladder lifting device,spud device and deck crane and so on. The dredger can also be equipped with anchoring pole and trolley device. The cutter suction dredger has the functions of dredging,transporting and discharging. It can produce certain amount vacuum by the centrifugal pump on the ship. The sediment is cutted by the cutter, the misture is discharged to the appointed place by the discharging pipes. The sand blasting tail of the device can be connected with ore selecting platform. The whole craft process can finish dredging,sand and stone separating,stone breaking,stone classification,mud and sand cleaning,heavy metal extracting,dehydration,transporting and so on for one time.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the gear down box.

The alternator driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies the electricity for the whole ship power and lighting.

The generator supplies the 

electricity for lighting and emergency use when the ship stops. 

The cutter (bucket wheel) is dirven by hydraulic motor, the cutter(bucket wheel) bear has lubrication seal device.

The dredger is moved by the alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds is lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.

The shifting winch,cutter(bucket wheel) ladder lifting winches fixed on the ship are driven by the hydraulic motor.

The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.

 For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for easy-wearing proof.

Installation site:

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Transportation:

                                 Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

 Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.
