The Hydraulic Sand Cutter Suction Dredger can be designed to be Self-propelled or non Self-propelled. Generally,the Hydaulic Sand Dredging Vessel has functions on dredging,conveying and discharging of mud or sand.

You can,of course,customize the right Dredging Vessel as you need,based on your Actual Engineering Condition. The Discharge Distance,Work Capacity,Dredging Depth can be demanded by your side.

Construction 

The Sand Dredger consists of three pontoons:one main pontoon and two side pontoons.These pontoons are connected and tightened by high intensity bolts and nuts. 

General Configuration

      1.The Hull:Assembled by 3 seperate box-like pontoons.The Hull equipped with Horizontal-Shifting devices,Cutter-Suction Head Lifting devices,Spud devices,Deck Crane and so on.

Also,it can be equipped with Achoring Poles and Trolley devices.Of course,it can be equipped under your choices.

      2.The Dredging Pump:It is Centrifugal Pump,driven by the Main Diesel Engine through the Gear Box,can produce

certain amount of vacuum to suck water mixed with sand or mud.

      3.The Spiral Cutter Head:Driven by Hydraulic Motor,the Cutte Bearing has Lubrication Seal-in units.

     4.The Alternator:Driven by the Auxiliary Diesel Engine,supplies electricity power and lighting for the whole vessel.

      5.The Genset:supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use.

      6.The Whole Vessel is moved by alternate swing of the spuds,the spuds are lifted by the Hydraulic Cylinder.

      7.The Shifting Winches,Cutter Ladder Lifting Winch are driven by the independent Hydraulic Motors.

      8.The Hydraulic Oil Pump:Driven by the Auxiliary Diesel Engine.
