 2.    Cutter Suction Dredger Introduction:

The dredger we produced is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantled and box-like structure, assembly at working site, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchor boom and trolley devices to increase capacity. 

 Generally, it has functions on sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and deepening, desilting, sand and mud is conveying and discharging by pipeline and floater.

4.Cummins,DEUTZ or Caterpillar Marine Diesel Engine on dredger machinery:

Many models of diesel engine can be selected on dredger, which as Cummins engine or DEUTZ MAN-MWM engine or Caterpillar world class level engine, there is after-sale services all over the world for any brand engine, which it is easily for maintaining and repairing, spares are cheap can be selected with dredger.

5.Ladder and Cutter for cutter suction dredger

The ladder and the cutter head part for cutter suction dredger is mainly made of ladder  steel structure, suction pipe, left and right traversing pulley, ladder lift and down pulley block, hydraulic pipe, cutter head, cutter head driving hydraulic motor, gear box etc.. The ladder is fixed on the main pontoon by two axle pins. Its main function is to install suction pipe and make the cutter head descend to certain depth and cut sand.

6. Cutter head with replaceable teeth

For one cutter head, there are 5 blades, 5 teeth or 6 teeth or more equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

7.Dredging pump

Dredging pump is one of the most important parts on cutter suction dredger, mainly applied to suction the mud, sand or other liquid mixtures from river or sea beds and send them to the barges or the land.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

8. Deck crane for cutter suction dredger:

The deck crane, installed beside the sand pump, is a kind of lifting equipment with cantilever and mainly used as a tool when repairing the sand pump and replacing the wearing parts.

 9. Ladder Lift Hydraulic Winch

For hosting the ladder one hoisting winch is provided on the front of the main pontoon mounted on a stiffened foundation. The winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox build in the winch structure. The winch has a disc brake that is automatically activated in case of pressure drop. The winch is operated from the control cabin and has one fixed speed.

Swing Hydraulic Winches

For ladder side pull two winches are provided on the front of the main pontoon mounted on a stiffened foundation. The winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox build in the winch structure. The winch has a disc brake that is automatically activated in case of pressure drop. The winch is operated from the control cabin and has variable speed.

 10. Control cabin for cutter suction dredger

The dredger is equipped with an operators cabin providing good all around visibility, because is equipped with two lockable doors and a front window, good safely performance. And the dredger cabin is equipped with rest chair, air conditioning, the noise is very low, suitable for long working time. To pass low bridge and for road transport easily, the controlling room can be dismounted.

11. The strict function tests before factory.

Each equipment installed on the dredger will be tested so as to guarantee they could be work normally. Clients will be invited to watch the whole testing processes.

Testing center for factory tested. All of the products from Highling Dredge will be tested in the testing center before dismantle to the Tianjin Port. This is for performance testing and safety testing which like the products are working in the work site.

12. The transportation of dredgers

Each shipment will be monitored by our salesman until they loaded on the ship safely.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port. Our dredger will be dismantled for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

13. Engineers attend the oversea work site for the installation and operators trained.

And Highling Dredgers has Research and Development Center, Quality Department and After-sales Department. Including 50 senior engineers on dredger building and researching, 60 designers on machinery construction, 18 engineers on quality inspecting and controlling as well as 30 after-sales service engineers.
