The hydraulic system

The dredger is driven by the hydraulic system including cutter head, lifting winch, traversing winch and cylinders.

Engine room of the dredger vessel

The engine is diesel engine from Cummins engine Chongqing; Or DEUTZ-MWM engine. Diesel engine will be connected and checked before ex-factory.

Engine room is the heart of the dredger. There are equipments inside: main diesel engine, auxiliary diesel engine, dredging pump, gear box, coupling, generator, hydraulic system, and different cables for connection.

Pontoons of the dredger vessel

There are 3 pontoons in dredger, which including 1 main pontoon and 2 side pontoons. And also pontoons are dismantle type can be different parts in order to transported convenient by truck, then installation at working site.

Because pontoons of dredger are designed wider and longer, they are transported in bulk vessel from the sea. And also in the transportation process, pontoons are anti-corrosion paint, then it doesn't matter which place they will be put, in the deck or at the bottom of the vessel.

Pipeline & Floater

Cutter suction dredger has functions on sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and deepening, sand and mud is conveying and discharging by pipeline and floater.

Testing center for ex-factory test

In order to guarantee good performance and safety of the cutter suction dredger, all of our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory. It is tested like the machine working in the customer's working site.

Before one day of the testing, engineers from different equipments of suppliers will be in the factory to assist the testing, for example, engineers from Cummins engine Chongqing; engineers from dredging pump company, engineers from generator company. Usually, before 5 days for the testing. the seller will inform the buyer for supervising the testing process before dismantle the dredger.

For the testing, totally is 5 days. The 1st day is testing the sealing and ant-corrosion painting of the 3 pontoons; the 2nd day is hydraulic system testing; the 3rd day is main engine and auxiliary engine testing when dredger in the condition of working; the 4th day is hydraulic cutter driven system in the operating room, and the 5th day is dredging pump testing in different pressures of water flow.

Shipping to the port

The dredger is shipped in bulk, for main engine pontoon is designed much wider than 40''HQ. It is convenient for maintaining, replacing, supervising the engine and hydraulic system in the long run.
