1.Dredger Ship Machine description, dredger manufacturer services your dredging projects directly

The products are of a great variety including 800—20000m³/h large scale dredging and sand mining equipments (which includes hydraulic cutter suction type, hydraulic bucket wheel type, mechanical cutter suction type and suction type),gold panning dredger, iron extracting dredger, iron extracting equipments, sand sieving machines, crusher, weathering sand producing lines(break, rinsing and separating).

We can also design and produce special types of machinery according to customers’ requirements.

The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and lighting of the whole dredger.

Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn’t working.

The dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds are lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.

The shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by the hydraulic motor.

The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.

Functions of cutter suction dredger: dredging river, dredging sand, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, and building roads.

Applicability this machine: To pass low bridge easily, the controlling room and rest room are dismountable. Connecting parts for cabin room and deck are easily dismounted joints,.

Construction: it consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon and two side pontoons. The pontoons are connected by the connecting pieces and tightened by high intensity bolts and nuts.

Working site of cutter suction dredger: sea, port, lake, and river.

Soil conditions: relative hard soil, harden sand, sludge, sea sand, river sand, clay, mud, and so on.

The design, construction, quality inspection is according to the standards and regulations of CCS. The hull, machinery equipments and other spares are at the requirements of CCS.  The hull is square, cross keel, which is full welding steel structure. And authorized by CCS.

3. Testing center for ex-factory tested. All of the products from Highling Dredge will be tested in the testing center before dismantle to the Tianjin Port. This is for performance testing and 

safety testing which like the products are working in the work site.

4.Factory images. 

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

We have working site at home and abroad. Now there are products in stock, welcome customers to visit and have a cooperation.

6. Customers visiting and cooperation 

7.Shipping to the Tianjin Port. Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

8. Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping. 

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving. 

9. Cutter head 

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for easy-wearing proof. 

10. Cummins engine testing equipped on the discharge pipeline on the dredger. The dredger has Cummins engine and hydraulic system for easily operation.
