1.General Description:
Cutter Suction Dredger is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger. Hull can be dismantled and re-assemble easily with box structure . equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. Widely used in sand-excavating, river dredging, channel maintenance and broaden, desilting,reclamation for channels and land, port construction etc.

2.Main component
1).Main engine Every Highling Dredger is equipped with the following world class disel engine, such as Cummins , Caterpillar, DEUTZ MAN-WMW, Weichai and so on, which can be guaranteed the after-sale service all over the world. Customers can choose any one according to their requirements!
2).Dredging pump The dredge pump is high efficiency made from wear resistant casting impeller and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings. The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life.
3).Cutter Head The cutter motor is hydraulic driven low speed and high torque heavy duty design. The cutter motor is mounted on the cutter front piece on the ladder end. A special cover is provided to protect the motor from damage due to sand, rocks and debris. The cover can be removed for easy inspection and maintenance.
4).Hydraulic Winches For hosting the ladder, a lift winch is provided on the front of the main pontoon mounted on a stiffened foundation. For ladder side pull, two winches are provided on the front of the main pontoon mounted on a stiffened foundation.The winch is hydraulically driven through a reduction gearbox build in the winch structure.
6).Spuds The dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds are lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.

4. Dredger in testing center:
Three dredger testing center are available in our factory. This is unique.
In order to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, all our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory, it is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. Usually, the buyer can also supervise the testing process before dismantle the dredger.
