HXQX-2500 horizontal glass washing machine adopts horizontal structure, gear conveying and glass dryer to clean up and hot air dry the flat glass. Glass should be lain on the transmit roller and participate in in-feed, washing (3 degree washing), drying (18.5Kw) and out-feed sections. Structure features

• Horizontal structure, simple and perfect outer design. 
• With stainless steel water sink and high pressure spray when in-feed, the rubber roller can wash automatically and improve the washing performance.

Brush features

• 1. Brush roller use 3 degree washing structure with 3 pairs brush.
• 2. The first 2 pairs, hard brush, are raised by cylinder, the last pair, soft brush, may wash coated glass and Low-E.
• 3. The brushes transmit by single chain of the up and down motor. It is stable in turning and long in life. The water tank has automatic water in and out systems. Using a direct adapter which makes convenient to clean the water tank then separate from it quickly.

Transmission feature

• Transmission adopts frequent converter, digital display and convenient operation, which do good to connect with the edging line, hollow glass line, safety glass line, etc. Table rollers adapt superior rubber (NBR) and transmit by gear wheel which makes to work steadily.

Rollers feature

• 2 terminals of rubber rolls adopt aluminum alloy square bar to be assembled and disassembled bearing easily.

Maintaining feature

• Washing and air dry can be increased and decreased together, the highest average is 400MM which is good to wash and keep better.
