Straight Line Double Glass Edge Grinding Machine

Product Description

Glass edge grinding machine is suitable for grinding the four straight edges of flat glass. It can finish rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing at one time. Grinding head holders are designed with double straight line rolling guides. It is driven by double bass screw shafts to stabilize moving speed, avoid moving gap, reduce resistance & abrasion, and ensure repeated positioning. The parameters are set through human-computer interface of PLC to finish the process at one time. Transferring belts are driven and changing working speed by variable frequency motors, which can bring output of constant power & torque, and are stable and reliable. Polishing is designed with pneumatic equipment to compensate the feeding automatically.
This product has stable structure, precision and smooth transferring system, and advanced control system. It’s one of the best choices for processing of furniture and architectural glass.
