LBW1800PBVertical Automatic Insulating Glass Outside Assembly Flat Press Production Line is a high-efficiency insulating glass processing equipment. This line can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation and maintenance.It has seven parts:

Main Features

1 with the function of assembling outside and inside, processing unequal glass and overlong glass

2 the entire machine adopts the PLC to control the working condition, touch screen and man-machine interface.

3 low-e glass automatic diagnosis system

4 adopt oil water-proof bearing in the washing section

5 produce double glazing and triple glazing and shaped insulating glass

6 brushes can wash coating glass, low- e glass, variable frequency drive.

7 hydraulic pressure provide power for flat press section,able to open 450mm for main tenance

8 Automatic energy-conservation discontinuity working system: the running section operate in full speed and the other sections that are not in work will automatically change into intelligent dormancy state. It saves the energy and decreases the power consumption.

9 the low-voltage apparatus adopted the international famous brand.
