Main Features

The machine has seven sections:
1. Feed section,
2. Washing and drying section,
3. Light check section,
4. Aluminum bar location section;
5. Transmission section with measuring height and thickness
6. Flat press section,
7. Storage section.
It can produce double glass &triple glass &low-e glass, with automatically measuring glass length, height, thickness and aluminum bar thickness.
Main features
1. Except the aluminum bar location section,all other sections are transmitted by belt;
2. The displacement sensor can automatically check the glass &aluminum bar thickness;
3. The seven photoelectricitys can automatically check the glass height;
4. The encoder can automatically glass length.
5. There are 36 suckers,every sucker that is controlled by one solenoid valve and vacuum generator can works independently.The sucker number can be insured according to glass size;It can save gas largely.
6. There are 14 gas-filling sections,and controlled by 14 gas-filling valves;
7. The material of gas-filling section is aluminum profile that is controlled by sever motor.It can adjust the distance between the insulating glass thickness and gas-filling hole.
8. The side baffle is controlled by server.
