Single crystal synthetic diamond plate is  produced by high pressure, high temperature(HPHT) synthesis,  it  has highly consistent and predictable properties and behaviour, used for cutting tools for non-ferrous and non-metallic material, dresser for wheel dressing, a variety of speciality knives, burnishing tools, wear parts, wire drawing dies,  and  the seeds of CVD.

At present the biggest size we can produce is 7*7*1mm

We have own laser cutting machine, we can provide varous shape of diamond plates. Like round shape, square shape,triangle shapeetc. We can also customized size and shapes  according to customer’s requirement.

Standard thickness:  1.1mm

Tolenrance of thickness :   +- 0.1mm
