The potato starch processing equipment used in potato starch processing plant includes:
1.Potato cleaning and washing machine
After being weighted and sorted, the fresh potato will be firstly transported into the potato starch processing equipment to clean the sand, small stones, dirt and other impurities. Then the cleaned potato will be transported into the washing machine. To achieve a better cleaning effect,  it will be better to use the rotary washing machine, so that the impurities such as sand, stone, iron items will be thoroughly cleaned.

2.Potato grinding machine
The next potato starch processing equipment is the rasper which is used to grinding the washed potato into potato slurry. Rasper is an ideal machine for the starch processing industry which has the features of high speed, high grinding coefficient and high starch extraction rate. The rasper of DOING absorbs advanced technology from foreign and domestic market. The belt we use is the Germany Opitbelt, an advanced toothed belt which can increase the service life of the machine.

3.Potato starch separating machine
The starch slurry contains protein, fiber, cell sap and other impurities. Therefore it is necessary to separate these from starch to produce high quality starch. In this process, the centrifuge sieve is the mainly used potato starch processing equipment. The purpose of centrifuge sieve is to separating the fiber from the starch slurry. This machine has two important features, the stainless steel structure and the titanium plate material for the screen mesh. Compared with other material, the titanium plate allows thinner screen mesh pore which result in better separation effect.

4 Desanding machine
Starch milk after separation is sent to a mixing tank of potato starch processing equipment. Then we can use two levels of desander to expel sand out of starch slurry, and the sand collected uses butterfly valve to eject.

5.Concentration and refining machine
In the potato starch manufacturing process, the protein, small fiber and cell contained in potato starch must be separated out. The used potato starch processing equipment is hydrocyclone station. In this process, the clean process water from the last level cyclone station joins in and mixed with starch milk to wash it, and then the overflow mix with the next level of starch milk to wash. The countercurrent washing cascaded fiber and cell SAP with water vortex. Thus ensure the washing effect of the cyclone station, and remove the impurities of fiber, protein and other impurities contained in the starch milk better.
In this way, all the indicators of starch produced can be guaranteed to meet the standards.

6.Potato starch dehydrating machine
After that, the starch need to be dehydrated in the vacuum filter.  The contact material part of this potato starch processing equipment is made of stainless steel so that the starch will not get polluted. And the filter slot equipped with paddle stirrer to prevent starch deposition. With good performance and high dehydrating rate, DOING vacuum filter is a good choice for starch production enterprise.

7 Starch drying and packing machine
In potato starch processing plant, the drying process is completed by flash dryer. This potato starch processing equipment uses high efficiency cyclone to collect, and finished products of drying machine use pneumatic conveyor or screw conveyor to cool. Then the cooling dry starch is sent to the sieving machine by two stage cyclone separator collection and screw conveyor. After screening, the starch is packed by semi-automatic packing machine for warehousing. And then the whole processes for potato starch processing plant are completed.
