Structure:

(3) Fan: blade material of alloy aluminum plate. Fan aerodynamic reasonable, big air volume, high efficiency, low noise, corrosion resistance, etc.

(4) The motor and reducer: for external equipment.

(5) Cloth sink: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, water distribution even, low noise type have cover plate can be my light, and sundry into, reduce splashing.

(6) Silencing cover: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, stuck in the cavity type and flame retardant PVC film sound materials.

Description:

1. The body of the tower is made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastics), and its surface is bonded by gel coat resin, it has aging-resistant, corrosion resistant and beautiful & smooth surface etc characteristics.

2. The fan can be made of aluminum alloy or FRP, it has large wind volume, low noise, high efficiency, stable running, long service life etc characteristics.

3. The motor is the special motor which can be used outdoor, it has energy saving, high efficiency etc properties, the speed reducer is the special used for the cooling tower.

4. The filler is new type and high efficiency, it has water distribution is uniform, small wind resistance and high temperature resistant etc characteristics.

5. The steel support adopts advanced galvanization process, it has excellent corrosion resistant property.

6. Because the cooling tower can be installed by assembly, the volume of water treatment can be increased manyfold, but the land which be used for the cooling tower is small.

The water treatment volume of single cell is 50m3/h-7000m3/h, except help customers to buld new cooling towers, we also provide maintenance service, include replace old PVC fill, ABS spraying head, FRP panels etc.

Work Principle of Cooling Tower:

Cooling tower intakes the air from bottom and discharge the waste heat at the top. Since the water is traveling from top and the air passes from bottom to top, the water droplet have more direct contact time with air. The wet cooling towers are cooled with the help of evaporating some proportionate quantity of cirulating water.
