Main structure and working principle

This equipment is a small cleaning equipment, mainly by cleaning room, shot blasting, hoist, separator system, electrical systems and other components.

Working Principle: Add a specified number of workpieces in the cleaning room, the machine starts, through the active roll to drive the rubber track began to rotate, the cleaned workpiece by the rubber track action continuous and uniform turnover, while the shot blaster high-speed projectile formed by the fan-shaped bundle of uniform impact on the surface of the workpiece, so as to achieve The purpose of cleaning and strengthening. The projectiles and sand particles are sifted through the holes on the rubber track into the steel plate mesh at the bottom of the cleaning chamber, then sent to the hoist by the screw conveyor, and then lifted to the separator for separation. Dust is absorbed by the fan and sent to the dust collector for filtration. Clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. Dust on the bag is artificially vibrated. It can fall into the dust collecting box at the bottom of the duster and users can remove it regularly. The waste sand flows out into the waste sand barrel through the waste pipe (user's own). The larger particles under the steel plate sieve of the separator and the mixture of the pellet and sand that can not be separated are flowed into the cleaning room through the pellet passing pipe to take part in the separation again. The clean pellets after the separator is separated are re-entered into the pellet blasting machine to blast the workpiece by the pellet passing pipe.
