The container to be tested
1. Material: the container wall where the measuring probe is installed shall be made of hard materials that can transmit signals well.Examples: carbon steel, stainless steel, all kinds of hard metal, glass steel, hard plastic, ceramics, glass, hard rubber and other materials or their composite materials.If the wall of the vessel where the measuring probe is installed is multilayer material, the layers shall be in close contact without air bubbles or gaseous interlayer. The inner and outer surface of the vessel wall shall be flat. Examples: vulcanized hard rubber liner, stainless steel liner, titanium liner.

Probe installation requirements
1. For an iron container, the working end surface of the probe can be coated with silicone grease and directly attached to the bottom of the container with a magnetic chuck;If the shell of the container is made of glass or other materials, the probe can be fixed with glue or the bottom of the container can be fixed with a bracket.The probe must point in the same line as the measured distance.
2. Non-coil pipe and other shielding materials directly above the probe;
3. Keep away from the inlet of the bottom of the tank to avoid the impact of severe flow on measurement;
4. Keep away from the position below the tank top inlet, so as to avoid severe fluctuation of the liquid level caused by the injection impact;
5. It is higher than the discharge port or discharge port to avoid the influence of long-term sediment on the measurement of tank bottom. If the conditions are not met, measures should be taken to ensure periodic removal of tank bottom dirt;
