In addition to the three basic function buttons for adjusting zero position, range, and zero pressure fine adjustment of previous smart transmitters, the intelligent transmitter also features online passive migration (setting measurement range, modifying zero and full pressure values without the need for pressure), setting display engineering units, linear/square root conversion, setting damping time, and fixed current output through the combination of M, S, and Z buttons on the display.

The transmission should be selected based on the measured static pressure, differential pressure, and characteristics of the measured medium. The transmitter should be powered by the rated power supply and switch mode power supply should be avoided. The transmitter is a precision instrument and should be installed in a location with small temperature gradients and fluctuations. At the same time, strong vibrations and impulses should be avoided, and it should be kept away from strong electromagnetic interference sources. The transmitter should be regularly calibrated. Zero position adjustment, zero position migration, range adjustment, and range migration must be operated by professional technicians and equipped with corresponding measuring standard instruments.
