Duplex filter is also called dual switch filter. It is made up of two stainless steel filters. It has many advantages, such as novel and reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong circulation ability and simple operation. It has wide application and strong adaptability. In particular, the side leakage rate of the filter bag is small, which can accurately guarantee the accuracy of filtration, and can quickly replace the filter bag. There is basically no material consumption in the filtration, so that the operation cost is reduced.

Working principle and structure characteristics

The upper cover and the filter tube are connected with the fast opening structure, which is more convenient for cleaning (replacing) filter net. Three adjustable legs can make the filter put on the ground smoothly. The connection pipe is connected by movable connection or hoop connection. The inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed by three way ball valves, withstanding pressure and temperature, flexible and convenient operation, and no liquid leakage is more sanitary.

The duplex filter is made of stainless steel. It is made up of two cylinders. It is made up of single stainless steel welded structure. The inside and outside surfaces are polished, and the top is equipped with bleed valve for discharging when working. The pipe joint is connected by expansion and closing. 4, light industrial food, pharmaceutical production of sanitary materials, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, grain and slurry pharmaceutical products.

Installation and use

When adjusting the electric part, please note that the rotation direction of the motor should be the same as the direction of the motor.

The installation should be considered for easy maintenance and the bypass pipe should be installed.

When installing, we should consider the bottom of the discharge outlet as far as possible, so as to facilitate the discharge of the sundries.

The discharge pipe receives the draining ditch, and the sewage pipe should not be too long.
