1. Colloid mill
JM-F/L series colloid mill is manufactured by introducing foreigner newest technology. Wet particulate processing new-type equipment is used in all kinds of semiliquid, liquid, emulsion matter, emulsification, mix, smashing and so on.

2. Work principle of colloid mill
The basic work principle of colloid mill is cutting, whetting and high speed mixing. Depending on relative movement of the two tooth surfaces to whet, one of which is tail-wagging and the other is static to make the material though between the two tooth surfaces receive greater cutting force and friction force, and have the material separated, emulsified, smashed and isotropic under high frequence shaking, high speed vortex and other complex force.
3. Structure of colloid mill
JM-F/M type colloid mill is composed of the head mill parts, base transmission parts and motor three parts. All parts touched with material use high quality stainless steel. Activity milling piece is the key part of the machine produced by the nature of material processed. The tooth shape of milling piece is different but made of stainless steel. Motor is designed according to colloid mill's particular demand, and fixed water-block tray in the TV flange to avoid leakage. The structure is referenced to Chart (Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)。
4. Installatio
Each type of JM-F/L colloid mill runs steady and shakes slightly. It may be put in smooth ground or concrete ground according to production need. Reference to the following table:
5.Operation and use note
1、Join feeder hopper or inlet pipe, and outlet or outlet circulating pipe. Join cooling water pipe and discharging pipe.
2、Fix up electric starter, match ampere meter and indicating lamp. After connecting to the power source, should turn on the machine to distinguish turning direction. It is supposed for clockwise to look from inlet.(Note: turning time can not surpass for 5 seconds£?
3、Adjust milling piece gap, unscrew the two handles (twist in anti-clockwise) and then rotate adjustable ring in clockwise, rotate motor fan with one hand extending to the button; when turning, there is a little friction on the adjustable ring, stop it immediately; then rotate adjustable ring in reversal direction to make the milling gap bigger than alignment number; in the situation of meeting the demand of material thickness, make the milling piece gas bigger as far as possible. Thus, the milling?ˉs service life may be longer; then tighten the handle in clockwise to tighten adjustable ring to fix up milling gap.
4、Disinfection thoroughly, clean the inside.
5、Connect with cooling water, put the material into hopper first before turning on;
6、It is not allowed to have quartz, cullet, metal grain and hard things mixed in processing material or it will damage active and static milling piece.
7、Pay attention to motor load, reduce material if discovering overload.
8、Colloid mill belongs to high accurate machine, with very small milling piece gap and high rotating speed. Operator should strictly observe the post, operate confirming to the rules. When discovering fault, turn off the machine immediately and solve the fault.
9、After using colloid mill, clean thoroughly to avoid material remain in the machine and mechanical seal caking to cause leakage.
6.Maintenance
1、This machine is high accurate machine and high speed, with line speed reaches 20m/s; and milling piece gap is very small. After examining and repairing, make sure to use dial guage to adjust the shell internal surface and main axle proper alignment to make the error smaller than or equal to 0.5mm.
2、When repairing, it is not allowed to use hammer to knock directly in the cause of taking apart and fixing back, must use wood hammer or knocking before filing up wood. It is equipped with special tools to take apart or fix back.
3、This machine is sealed, static seal and active seal. Active seal uses machinery seal and combined seal while active seal uses O-type circle. Fastener uses red copper tray seal while spiral buckle uses Teflon crude material belt. Machinery seal is made from horniness alloy. If founding break, change it; If sculled, rubber it. It may be filling with bigger than or equal to 200# carbonized silicon milling cream on flat or flat glass.
4、It must be maintained in regular time according to the situation of processing material. It may be delayed to use of it is normal when processing material and there is no change.
