1)What is your MOQ? 
For our standard production products, the MOQ is 5 Ctns/model. However, if you require doing OEM service, the MOQ will be based on your requirement. 
2) Can you do OEM/ODM items?
Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM items as we have much experience in dealing with the OEM/ODM items which are always beyond customers’ expectation. 
3) What are your Payment Terms?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western union, PayPal, Escrow, etc. 
4) If I never use this kind of products before, how can I operate it? 
Don’t worry, every product will include an English user manual which will guide you how to use it.
6) Do you have any quality Certification? 
Yes, our factory has passed ISO9001/BSCI audit with the latest audited date. Most of our products have certifications of En71, ASTM, CE, ROHS, FCC, SASO etc.
