1.1Product Features

BothXCF and KYF belong to inflatable flotation machine. With the ability ofimbibing ore pulp, XCF is used as ore pulp imbibing tank, while KYF as a directflow tank without spontaneous imbibition ability. The tanks are arrangedhorizontally, no foam pump is required. U-shaped tank reduces the oreaccumulated at the bottom of the tank. Large-diameter conical impeller andshort blade rotor are adopted, which enable the machine possess largeprocessing capacity and low energy consumption. Aeration disperser is arrangedin the middle of the impeller, which makes the dispersion of aeration uniformand the mixing sufficient.

1.2.1While placing your order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity,make sure to provide the flotation circuit and the followings

②Quantityof the scrapers and mode of drive(right drive or left drive)

③Quantitiesof feeding chambers, intermediate chambers, and crude ore chambers

④Otherspecial requirements

1.2.3The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer’s drawings. And theelectric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotation machine.
