NGthickener is a kind of running roller type peripheral drive thickener.Large-scale thickener usually adopts such type of peripheral traction. Therunning roller skidded once overload. No other special safety device isrequired. Its tank is usually made of concrete.

Inorder to charge the motor, annular nodes are arranged on the central support.The current collection joints with sliding ring are connected with the armbrace, and the current is introduced to the motor through these joints by thecable laid on the arm brace.

2.2Notes for Selection

2.2.1Since the frictional force of running roller is low, the running roller isliable to skid when the track is iced or overload. Therefore, it is notsuitable to be used in the cold area with the phenomenon of icing, or the orepulp with large quantity or high concentration.
