1.1 Product Features

Themain shaft of BS-K flotation machine is hung at one side of the frame. Thebearing body which is with a light structure is convenient to be installed witha good perpendicularity. With cone-shaped cross section of the impeller andradiation-shaped stator, the machine is featured with wear resistance, longservice life and powerful agitating force. U-shaped tank reduces the oreaccumulated at the bottom of the tank. With light main shaft parts, the statoris installed at the bottom of the tank, it’s easy to install them. With smallinstalled power, the machine is energy saving. With compressed air filled in,air bubbles disperse uniformly and the foam is stable. Thus, the suspension ofmineral grains is good with a high recovery rate.

Thisproduct is divided into several units, such as single tank, double tank, threetanks, four tanks, five tanks and six tanks, etc. Since this product has noability of imbibing the ore pulp and air spontaneously, the flow of ore pulpneeds terrace arrangement, and a foam pump is required for returning the orepulp.

1.2Notes for selection

1.2.1While placing your order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity,make sure to provide the flotation circuit and the followings

①Configurationscheme and the feeding mode

②Quantityof the scrapers and mode of drive(right drive or left drive)

③Quantitiesof feeding chambers, intermediate chambers, and crude ore chambers

④Otherspecial requirements.

1.2.2No electric control cabinet will be supplied.

1.2.3The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer’s drawings. And theelectric driven flashboard will be adopted for large scale flotationmachine.
