TSP is thermally stable polycrystalline diamondproduct, which is manufactured by the same ultra-high pressure and hightemperature techniques associated with other PCD products. Its binder ischemically insert and has a similar coefficient of thermal expansion to that ofdiamond. It is thermally stable up to 1200 degree Celsius. It is suitable foroil drilling bits and mining bits.
