1.Put the diamond tool on holder, makethe head face vertical to grinding wheel radial direction, the angle tweenaxial direction of diamond dresser and radial of grinder would better be 15 °.

2.the amount of feed perstroke is 0.02 -0.04mm , portrait speed should be even(auto-feed is better), wesuggest 100 -500mm /min.

3. fix chill roller whiledressing. Cool off suddenly is forbidden.
