201 is a kind of stainless steel grade under the standard ASTM A240/A240M. 201 stainless steel is a kind of steel which is resistant of weak corrosion medium such as air, steam and water, ect. 

The equivalent grade to ASTM 201 is JIS SUS201, GB/T5216 1Cr17Mn6Ni5N.
