8Cr3 steel is formed by adding a certain amount of chromium into carbon tool T8. 8Cr3 steel has good quenching permeability and a certain room temperature, high temperature strength and formes small, uniform distribution of carbides.

8Cr3 die steel is usually used in the manufacture of hot, hot forging die, hot bending, etc. 

The specification for 8Cr3 forged round bar: DIA 80-1200mm(forged round bar), 80-1200mm(square bar) Length 3-16 meters.

The heat treatment for 8Cr3 forged round bar, 8Cr3 forged square bar, 8Cr3 forged shafts and 8Cr3 forged blocks: Quenching,Annealing,Normalizing and Tempering.

The tolerance for 8Cr3 forged round bar: 0-+3mm(DIA), 0-+10mm(Length).
