In some chemical plant, BA offset-type nozzle is used to sulphur burning. Offset-style for  installation with physical space 

limitations.With 40ml cleaning fluid every 10 minutes , a total of 3 to 4 times.4 . Reconnect after cleaning the ink supply tube 

and liquid level sensor signal line , and then continue the previously paused print job .Five . The above approach is not 

effective treatment or no effect when

spray crooked , you are required to do steps 2 and 3 2 to 3 times .

VI. Treatment device is expected to be more than 48 hours when not in use

If the device is expected to be more than 48 hours is not in use , it must be hollow cone nozzle ink clean, otherwise the ink 

nozzles because of the gradual evaporation of the solvent and dry, serious even be irreversibly damaged nozzles . Process as 

follows:

1 . Turn off the power inkjet printers .

2 . Clean the head to the extreme left position , at the bottom of a hollow cone nozzle to put a corrosion-resistant container 

for containing cleaning liquid .

3 . Glass syringe out or poured directly in the ink sub tank , then use special cleaning fluid to the sub tank clean.

4 . The hollow cone nozzle ink supply tube on ( from the sub tank ) pulled out , and then extract 40ml glass syringe with a 

special cleaning fluid to clean hollow cone nozzles were done twice. Finally, do not put a hollow cone nozzle cleaning fluid 

residues blown clean , be sure to stay inside the hollow cone nozzle , because the cleaning fluid nozzle can play a 

moisturizing effect on adequate cleaning fluid.

5. The hollow cone nozzle processed into a clean container and sealed corrosion ( with plastic wrap on the good ) can be 

stored up after a month or so.
