90mm Cold feeding rubber extruderis used for the extrusion of hose inner layer with direct head and l/d is 16.Specificial screw design can guarantee better rubber mixing and plasticizing, the hose can get better performance. The temperature control system have four sets automatic temperature control sets which is maintained easily and power saving. The motor is DC motor and its maximum power is 55KW with low speed ratio gear box. Pressure alarming system and temperature safety are equipped for safe operation. The outer layer extruder head is equipped with vacuum interface.
