Hose Inner layer cooling tank is designed for the production of auto knitting rubber hose. Its main use is to cool the hose inner layer, support the inner layer and transport the hose. It can guarantee the quality of hose inner layer to decrease the diameter tolerance and  hose transformation and improve the performance of knitting hose.

When hose inner layer come through the tank and the hose dip into the cooling water，A nozzle is equipped at the end of tank to dry the hose with compressed air and thus prevent water coming into the following process. The length of tank can be 0.8M without refrigerator and 2.4m with refrigerator. 2.4 m is mainly used for inner layer and big diameter hose.
