Rebar Upsetting Forging Machine is mainly used for construction of ribbed steel bar rolling straight thread head, is an important equipment of steel connection.

4. Structure
The machine include machine tool, press oil cylinder, forward oil cylinder, main body, mould and upset head, electrical control system, hydraulic system.
5. Operation
1- Installation
After the mold is installed, reset the stroke limiting bracket. Adjust the travel limit screw so that the stroke control in 15mm, insert the test steel bar to the top of the mold center hole press automation button. After the processing of the work-piece, measurement it. If failed, then adjust stroke limit screw to make the trip gradually increased, until processing of qualified products.
2- Safety operation
rules
1. Workers have to be trained and tested OK then can work.
2. Before operation with rebar, first running the machine 2-3 mins without processing, if it is running normally the process.
3. The feeding head of head should be plain and straight.
4. Before processing the rebar, the machine should be reset and then process
to ensure the same processing.
5. The processing rebar can not have the transverse cracks, when the equipment break down should be eliminated timely.
6. Oil should be 68# hydraulic oil.
7. Workers should obey the safety rules

6. Usage Methods
The preparations before process1.1 To connect the power line. The power supply is three-phase four-wire. It must be connected with ground wire before power on.
1.2 The oil tank fills with enough hydraulic oil. The oil weight is about 75 litre. The oil level can be observed in the oil level gauge.
1.3 Check all parts to see if they are flexible or not.
No-load test2.1 Connect the power line and press the start button. To observe the whether the direction of the motor turn is correct. If not correct, change two phases of the three phases.
2.2 To operate the buttons to see the actions of each button whether are right or not. (note: finally observe the automatic operation.)
The adjustments of machine3.1 According to rebar diameter which needs process to choose suitable modal before process.
3.2 Change the modal: first to take off the range limit holder, move the cylinder back button to the starting position. Press the cylinder up button to let the lower pressure cylinder rise to the starting position. To remove the screws in the both sides of the upper modal and then the upper modal
