Aluminum titanate is a kind of famous ceramic material with lower thermal

 expansion coefficient which structure is orthorhombic system and brookite

crystallization. Aluminium titanate has higher melting point (1860℃) ，lower

thermal titanate has the characteristics of slag resistance , corrosion

resistance and alkali-resistance . And it doesn't infiltrate with metals and glass

melt . Therefore , aluminum titanate are mainly used in the field of low-

pressure casting , non-ferrous metal metallurgy , automobile , chemical

industry , glass , ceramic and so on.
