Pneumatic Push in Connect Female Branch Tee BSPT Threads Pneumatic Hose Fitting
Description:
Run tee for connecting two tubes at a 90-degree angle to a male threaded connection Male NPT threaded connection on one end of the main run and push-to-connect connections on the other end of the main run and the branch Brass nickel planting body Suitable for potable air Handles pressures up to 145 psi (10 bar),bursting pressure is 435 psi(30 bar) an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C, and a vacuum capability of 750 mm Hg Meets Push-fit technology Quick disconnection without the need for tool.Applications:
SPE tube fittings are components used for connecting, branching, terminating, and changing the direction of tubing in pneumatic and water systems. They are made of brass,PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), and other materials that resist corrosion and wear. Tube fittings have various types of connections, including threaded, welded, barbed, and push-to-connect (also called one-touch). Push-to-connect connections do not require tools or sealants. Tube fittings are used in various applications, including machine tools, airplane and truck controls, and automated production lines, among others.
Competitive Advantage:
This run tee is a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and nickel-plated brass push-to-connect fitting. The run tee fitting is T-shaped and has a push-to-connect connection on one end of the main run and on the branch and a male BST threaded connection on the other end of the main run for connecting to female threads. The NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads. Dimensions for tees are represented as A x B x C. "A" and "B" indicate the main run on the fitting, and "C" indicates the branch. This fitting is made of PBT and nickel-plated brass — PBT for strength and flexibility, abrasion resistance, light weight, and resistance to crushing and cracking, and nickel plating on its brass sub-base for ferromagnetic and corrosion resistance, strength at high temperatures, and toughness and ductility at low temperatures.
