Description:
Technical polymer body for lighter weight than metal valves Can be mounted on a wall or adjacent surface using staples Full port flow for higher operating efficiency than standard port Inline valve for connecting two pipes going in the same direction Push-to-connect ends for tight sealsHandles pressures up to 145 psi (10 bar),bursting pressure is 435 psi(30 bar) an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C, and a vacuum capability of 750 mm Hg Meets
Quick disconnection without the need for tool.
Applications:
Hand valves use a spherical stick to control the flow between pipes, tubes, or hoses. Flow is allowed when the hole that pierces the stick-shaped swich is in line with the inlet and outlet of the valve and is blocked when the stick is horizontally swiveled 90 degrees, so that the hole of the stick is perpendicular to the opening of the valve. Hand valves can be referred to as full port or reduced port (also known as regular or standard port) depending on the inner diameter or the valve. A Hand valve is full port if the hole of the valve is the same size as the inner diameter of the connecting pipeline (resulting in lower friction) and termed reduced port if the hole of the valve is one pipe size smaller than the pipe, resulting in less flow through the valve than through the shaft of the pipe. Ball valves may have a handle or lever that aligns with the ball’s position (open or closed) for manual operation. They are primarily used in air, gas, liquid, and steam applications.
Competitive Advantage:
This hand valve is a metric polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) push-to-connect valve that connects a tube and anpthe end connect a female connection. It has push-to-connect metric tube connections on all two ends. This valve is made of PBT, which is very strong and flexible, has excellent abrasion resistance, is lightweight, and resists crushing and cracking.
