Range of Models

All models are bi-directional and available with either mechanically operated signal flags, electrical auto resetting switches or mechanical and electrical signals in combination. Installation on a vertical pipe is possible but must be specified. Model options and codes are:

Operating Capabilities

The Pigalert is made in three pressure: classifications--- up to ANSI Class 600, for ANSI Class 900, and for ANSI Class 1500. A range of high pressure Pigalert models above Class 1500 rating are available.

Standard models are designed for use at temperatures from -20 centigrade degree to +200 centigrade degree, dependent upon the line products and pressure. Alternative elastomeric seals can be provided for operating temperatures outside this range.

 

Installation

Base or flange welded to the line pipe or vessel.

A 39mm diameter access through the line pipe or vessel is required

 

Buried Pipelines

Extended length Pigalert model can be installed on below ground pipelines with the signalling devices mounted above-ground.

All wet parts material in accordance with NACE Standard MR-01-75 / ISO 15156
