Brief Introduction |
JH-8035 is composite silane vitrification agent containing zirconium salt, silane ingredient, applicable for surface pre-treatment for galvanized sheet, aluminum, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and steel etc. This treatment can replace the metal parts of iron phosphating, zinc phosphating and chromium phosphating process. This product does not contain volatile content, after the treatment can enhance the metal surface coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, have the effect that reduce costs, improve production efficiency. This product suitable for dipping oil immersion process. |
Preparation of tank liquid |
1)Before adding this agent,to ensure that the tank cleaning,residue free,and check no nozzle clogging,angle is correct.Deionized water conductivity should be less than 30μS/cm. 2)Add 40-60kg film forming agent in every 1000 tank liquid. 3)Tank liquid PH value between 3.8-5.5 In order to save cost and improve the stability of products,we suggest customers to add the agent,and monitoring the PH at the same time. |

1) Degreasing-Suggested the first two degreasing,if only one degreasing,can improve degreasing agent concentration or temperature or prolong degreasing time,to fully processed surface without grease,phosphate-free degreasing agent recommended products. Preparation of tank liquid |
This processing layer must be completely dry before painting.No need to dry before electrophoresis. The bath PH value should measured many times every day.PH measurement requires use of fluorine ion and stable PH meter (calibration between PH 4-6.86). |
