Tank configuration

Add three-quarters of cold water into working tank,add 100kg JH-8248 for each 1000kg tank liquid. Add enough water to make the liquid level to the working level.

Tank liquor control

1)For 1000 liters tank liquid, for each additional free acidity, need to add 7kg JH-8248                           

2)When the tank liquid using time is too long, Al3 +and too much impurity ions, should consider replacing the working fluid

Test Method

Density

Take a certain amount of sample, keeping it at 25 ℃, the density was measured with a hydrometer

Free acid

1) pipette take 10 ml liquid into the Erlenmeyer flask

2) drops 3 to 4 drops of bromophenol blue indicator;

3) while swinging with 0.1N sodium hydroxide to color from yellow to blue;

4) the number of 0.1N sodium hydroxide used is free acidity.

Note

Wear protective glasses, rubber gloves and wear protective clothing during processing.

Avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, clothing and equipment.

Get medical attention if accident happen.
