Aflatoxin B1 colloidal gold rapid detection kit
Negotiable /Metric Ton
Min.Order:1 Metric Ton
1. Description
With immuno-chromatographic method, aflatoxin B1 rapid detecting card can qualitatively test the residue of aflatoxin B1 in grains and fermentation products of grains. With the features of easy operation, short time detection and directly reading result, it is suitable for rapid detection of the residue of aflatoxin B1 on site for enterprises in different fields and testing organization.
2. Application scope
It is suitable for qualitative detection of aflatoxin B1 in grains (like corn, rice, beans, peanuts, etc.) and fermentation products of grains (soybean sauce, vinegar, edible oil, rice wine, etc.)
3. Lower limit of detection
The lower limit of detection of aflatoxin B1 in sample is 1ppb (µg/kg).
4. Content
Aflatoxin B1 detecting card: 10pcs (including microwell)
Sample diluent: 1 bottle
Na2CO3 powder: 1 bag
15mL centrifuge tube: 10pcs
Disposable dropper: 10 pcs
Operation manual: 1pc
5. Specification
10 times
6. Other utensils and reagents for detection
Pipette, timer, small glass cup, n-hexane (analytical reagent), ethyl acetate (analytical reagent) and nitrogen (air) blow drying machine or electric blower.
7. Reagent preparation
For soybean sauce and vinegar detection: prepare 50mM Na2CO3 solution by using 100mL of ultrapure water to dissolve a bag of Na2CO3 powder.
8. Determine result
Negative result:
If the control line (C line) and the test line (T line) are both shown, it means the sample doesn’t contain aflatoxin B1 or the content of aflatoxin B1 is less than lower limit of detection.
Positive result:
If there is just a C line, it means the sample may contain aflatoxin B1.
Invalid result:
If it just shows a T line or there is no line, it means the detection is false or the detecting card is invalid. Read this operation manual carefully again, then use a new detecting card to retest.
9. Preservation and period of validity
9.1 Storage condition: at 4-30℃, shade and dried condition without light.
It can’t be cryopreserved.
9.2 Validity period: 12 months.
