Description:H3060# Fill Intermediate Primer for Repair (2K) Composition: It is a kind of two-component protective primer that is made from hydroxy polyester resin, modified resin, rustproof pigment, shield fillers, organic solvent, etc. with H3160 hardener (polyisocyanate) according to the proportion of 4:1. Characteristics: H3060# fill intermediate primer (2K) can dry at normal temperature; also can be baked dry at hot up. It has very good filling performance at all kind of substrate, like primer-putty coating. It is availably to improve adhesive force of finish paint and primer. And can fill and repair the loose of the previous sanded coating (such as cone-shaped cavity, crackle), can distinct advance compactness of coating. It is easy sanding. Glossiness is high after sanding (can reach 40 - 60%). Availably prevent to filter out the resin of finish paint, reduce the dosage of finish paint. Applications: It special fit to as the second primer of all kind of vehicle, other metal surface and nonmetal surface. Can fit to as intermediate primer of bus and farm truck production, and can fit to as repair intermediate primer of car. Especial fit to as intermediate fill primer of worse iron plate of bus, farm truck and truck. Mix well H3060 intermediate primer and H3160 hardener according to the proportion of 4:1, keep curing for 10~20min (room temperature) . After air bubble disappeared, use H3260 thinner to dilute for 18~20s (T-4, 25 degrees Centigrade), use copper wire mesh to filtrate it, and then spay it. After dry, spay closed intermediate primer and finish paint. 2. Mix paint every time according to construction using amount, the paint that has mixed into hardener should be used up in time (use for 4 h at normal temperature), or it will be discarded due to becoming thicker. 3. During spaying, don't touch with water, acid, alkali, alkyd, and amine, etc. Residual hardener in can should be covered the cap to avoid absorption of moisture to conduce invalidation of gel. 4. The storage life is one year from the date of commencement of production (if it is beyond the storage life, please confirm according to the standard inspection; if it is still qualified, it can be continuously used). Packing and Storage: Packing Specification: Primer is packed in 4L, 16L printing iron drums. Hardener is packed in 1L, 4L printing iron drums. Thinner is packed in 4L, 16L iron drums. Storage Condition: 5-35 degrees Centigrade, store in a cool, dry well-ventilated place.
