Machine features

Garment dyeing machine is suitable for dyeing seamless underwear, socks, polyester, acrylic, nylon, cotton, tencel, superfine fiber, clothing made of viscose and blended,which is an ideal VAT dyeing machine. Built-in rotor cage , make its load of clothes more , bath ratio is lower , about 1:8-10 , saving a large amount of cost . The water cycle in cylinder , makes internal dyeing temperature without deviation , traditional machine has error about 3 to 4 ℃ temperature . Not only no clothing deformation and breakage , but also avoiding entanglement phenomenon in clothing . A high degree of automation , reducing the differential cylinder and human error factor .
