(1) Immersion method

(2) pad steam
Continuous alkali deweighting process to improve the production efficiency, reduce cost, and the uniformity of deweighting is superior to the impregnation method.With pad steam method applied is more, the production effect is good.
Pad steam method can be used under normal steaming box or high temperature and high pressure steam box for processing.Reaction of sodium hydroxide after pad steam efficiency is higher, close to 100%, as a result, the lye concentration according to decrement rate formula to calculate.Accelerator effect is not obvious, it is necessary to add alkali penetrating agent, in order to improve the permeability of lye.Rolling base should be uniform, residual rate is low, usually under 100 ℃ steam 20 ~ 30 min or 120 ~ 130 ℃ under 2 ~ 3 min, steaming and washing, and fully.
