Description:LPG series high-speed centrifugal spraying dryer
The principle of this kind of spraying drying atomizer is that liquid materials are
thrown out and atomized by centrifugal force from the edge of the dish that is
rotating at high speed (linear speed at 90 to 160m/s).The whole system adopts
such a style to dry, that is, hot air medium open circulation plus materials flowing
concurrently.
Features:
1) Short drying time due to large surface area of droplet groups
2) Power has small granule (80 to 200 meshes) and good flowability

4) Heat utilization rate is higher than that of other spraying when air temperature
is over 150oC

YPG series pressurized spraying and granulation dryer
The principle of its atomization is that liquid which gets high pressure (1 - 10MPa)
from high-pressure pump transfers pressure into kinetic energy when it passes through the spray nozzle, and is sprayed out at high speed to become droplets.
Advantages:

Sterilized spraying dryer
From the view of sterilized spraying drying production both at home and abroad and
experiences of our factory to produce sterilized spraying dryer these years, we thought
sterilized materials have good properties, higher heat sensitive temperature
and weak humid-absorbing performance. We make spraying drying test on ten
odd sterilized materials such as sodium phosphonomycin and streptomycin. We found
that when inlet air is at temperature of 160 - 260oC, only shaking
the wall of the tower, no materials will be stuck on the wall and in air pipe.
Good drying condition and sterilization of drying system are something important.
GMP and FDA standards clearly defined that the surface of equipment which contacts
medicine or its content should be smooth, plain, easy cleaned and sterilized, corrosion
resistant, no reaction or adsorption will occur and no penetration or crack
on surface in order to reduce dust or microbe collection and bear repeat
use of cleaner.
So the materials of equipment should be 316 or carbon steel FDA recommended (1 Cr18Ni9Ti is confined as it can become corrosive with CL-ion and 304 is used in not
important case). Its surface should be polished and dimmed. Non-metal materials
are chosen from PTFE, silica rubber of nylon. 300oC high temperature
online sterilization is adopted and all equipment and pipes have fast-open mouths
for dismounting and cleaning. The clean degree of the system should be hundred
level.
