Production Description
Tangential ceramic multi cyclone dust collector adopts stepped permutation and combination of single cyclone inside according to the volume flow of flue gas. Each single cyclone can treat flue gas about 500m3/h and remove dust particles in the range of 3um to 10um, as a result, tangential ceramic multi cyclone dust collector is an ideal dust removal device. Principle of Operation
Dry desulfurization dust collector adopts different cyclones. The main principle of activated carbon desulfurization is catalysis and adsorption. When the H2S-containing gas goes through the activated carbon layer, an exothermic reaction occurs at atmospheric pressure and the oxidized gas becomes sulfur and water on the surface of activated carbon, the generated is adopted by activated carbon so as to achieve desulfurization purpose finally.
Transportation
1.Treatment flue gas: ≤300000m³/h. Multi-cyclone dust collector will be transported as a whole.
2.Treatment flue gas: >300000m³/h. Multi-cyclone dust collector will manufacture separately and assemble at site in order to save production and transportation cost. Meanwhile standard production can control quality of the equipment, which is better than manufacturing the equipment at site.
