Principle of Regeneration
Super heated steam which is heated to more than 300 ℃ goes through the layer of activated carbon, the sulfur is melted into liquid or gaseous state, resolved from the pores of the activated carbon, taken with super heated steam out of the activated carbon layer and brought into the water cooling tank. At last, Sulfur is cooled as solids at the bottom of tank, non-cooled gas exhausts from chimney. Activated carbon can be regenerated to use continuously and the sulfur is recovered so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration.

Transportation
1.Treatment flue gas: ≤300000m³/h. Multi-cyclone dust collector will be transported as a whole.
2.Treatment flue gas: >300000m³/h. Multi-cyclone dust collector will manufacture separately and assemble at site in order to save production and transportation cost. Meanwhile standard production can control quality of the equipment, which is better than manufacturing the equipment at site.
