more and more customers use Ourgreen XPS board as substitution to Polyurethane in this regard,

for the fact that XPS bears following reasons:

Long-term Thermal Resistance: almost 99% Closed Pores gain advantage over PU as 80%;

Excellent Water Resistance: The closed cell structure makes XPS nearly Waterproof, hence it avoids 

water leakage, penetration, frost and condensation;

High Compression Strength: The 150 to 700 Kpa Compression enables XPS to bear any high load 

against goods; Stable Chemical Property: XPS Board does not age, decompose, hence there were no 

hazardous substances produced. It is totally safe to transport goods.

Nowadays Cold Chain Logistic Van is more and more popular in transporting Fish, Meat, Vegetables,

Ice Cream and etc. The Thermal Insulation Efficiency has become the key factor of such vans. 

Usually XPS for such use is Surface Planed and Grooved. And in this case good thickness precision

must be ensured. Ourgreen will remove natural skins of XPS by Surface Planing Machine, reaching 

a thickness precision of ±0.5mm. 

The Grooves help air be driven out during the Vacuum Process, in this way, excellent Adhesion between

XPS Foam Board and other facing layers is ensured.

A special glue for sticking XPS with other materials is mandatory. We are able to offer you such glue.
