Application of vertical ring die pellet machine

1. YGKJ series efficient vertical ring die pellet machine is an ideal dense compression molding equipment.

2.The vertical ring die pellet machine is mainly applicable for difficult molding materials with low adhesion 

rate, such as rice husk, shell of sunflower seed, peanut shells and other various shells material; tree

This design can feeding the materials into granulating room directly, and avoid jam in 

granulating room .

Both sides of the die can be used, and when one side be used up, you can change the other side to

4. Cooling System

As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will lower the service life of die and bearing.

We use this hydraulic equipment to install the main shaft of wood pellet machine which is high precision, 

other supplier may use traditional way to knock it in,it may damage the shaft and bearing of wood pellet 

machine or have gap inside, after some time, the bearing of wood pellet machine will damage soon.

Shaft chamber material we use cast steel, not cast iron, all material of wood pellet machine is from the

FAQ

1. Q:The material and its moisture content?

A : Wood sawdust, Pinus Sylvestris,albizzia,eucalyptus,corn straw,peanut shell,palm,rubber wood,

rice husk,stalk and so on;

Before wood chips go into the hammer mill,moisture should be less than 30%,

before wood sawdust go into the pellet machines,moisture should between 13%-17%,

but it is not absolutely,customers should according to the material actual situation to confirm.
