≥ Introduction of Counter Flow Cooler 

ROTEX YSKLN series counter flow cooler is the latest cooling equipment that contains our many years’ manufacturing experiences and unites international advanced cooling technology, the machine

is mainly used for cooling finished pellets with high temperature.
 

ROTEX counter flow cooler has the special cooling theory ,the cool air and pellet move inversely. 
The pellets are cooled from bottom to the top gradually ,which avoid the split of pellet surface, the heart moisture and  heat  emanate  uneasily  during  the  cooling  process  and  so  on characteristic  by using old type vertical cooler.

≥ Features of Counter Flow Cooler 

1. It is suitable for pellet cooling,for example:wood pellet ,feed pellet .

2. Sliding discharge system for uniform,mild discharge with less reminder.

3. Pellet temperature after cooling is less than 3-5°C above ambient temperature.

4. Other equipment such as debris machine, granulating units into supporting the use of the production line.
