Rigid foamed plastic sandwich aluminum foil continues production line is used to produce sheet which the surface are aluminum foil, middle can be polyurethane, polyisocyanurate and phenolic foam. Specification of sheet: Thickness: 20-30mm, width: 1200mm, length: as required Application: Blast tube for central air-conditioning   1. Embossing machine: aluminum thickness 0.06~0.12mm, max. load weight 2000kg  2. Reaction casting machine: Measure and mix the two different liquid in certain ratio. Machine has cooling and temperature control device ensure temperature suit technical  requirement. The machine has high and low pressure. 3. Stacker: Ends unfold machine, or frame unfold machine.
