Tower body is made up with FRP. And the surface is covered by gel coating resin, so it is aging-resistant, corrosion resistance. The surface is light and the color don’t fade. The standard color is milk yellow. The color can also be made according to clients’ demands.
Fans have two types. One is ardal fan, the other is FRP fan, which are large wind rate, low noise,high efficiency, steady working, even wind speed, long life, etc. The motor is outdoor vertical special motor for cooling tower and it is power frugal and high efficiency. Speed reducer adopts the newest special speed reducer, which works steadily with high efficiency, low noise, low temperature, long life. Cooling tower filling is tested by our test center.We choose new-type filling with good hydrophilicity, high temperature resistance, etc. Steel support frame uses advanced Hot Galvanizing Process. After galvanizing, anti-corrosive paint is covered on it, so its corrosion resistance is high. Because a few cooling tower can be assembled together, the water processed can increase manyfold. But it needs small area.
This kind of cooling tower is rectangle. The appearance is beautiful. And it coordinates with the buildings and is fit for air conditioner system of high level architecture.

Square counter flow cooling tower can be three kinds according to the temperature.
(1) Standard conditions: water inlet temperature t1 = 37℃, water outlet temperature t2 = 32℃, design wet-bulb τ = 28℃, the water temperature Δ t = 5 ℃, approach t2 - τ = 4 ℃.
(2) Middle temperature conditions: water inlet temperature t1 = 40℃, water outlet temperature t2 = 32℃, design wet-bulb τ = 28 degree, the water temperature Δ t = 8℃, approach t2 - τ = 6℃.
(3) High temperature conditions: water inlet temperature t1 = 60℃, water outlet temperature t2 = 35℃, design wet-bulb τ = 28 degree, the water temperature Δ t = 25℃, approach t2 - τ = 7 ℃.
